3D Printing, also known as additive manufacturing, allows you to produce a prototype without the need for expensive tooling or machining costs associated with traditional manufacturing. This makes it easy for rapid and cost effective design iteration. We currently offer a variety of materials ranging from PLA to Carbon fibre Nylon and operate both filament and resin based printers to suit your needs. We can also help with those school, and further education projects needing a physical model/product.

We operate a number of FDM printers with various print dimensions, up to a maximum build volume of 800mm x 800mm x 1000mm, providing you flexibility of material choice, part size and quantity. We are also in the process of procuring additional resin printing capacity for those fine detailed requirements.

Laser Part Marking
Traceability and Brand Awareness
Here at Daventry 3D Printing we realise that part traceability can be key to efficient production and tracking, especially during the development phase of a project.
With our part marking service, we use a fibre laser to mark metals and plastics to add Batch Numbers, Part Numbers and Serial Numbers as well as features too fine to be printed by the machines such as Usage Markings, Safety Warnings and even Logo's.
